visited them, we choos what we think the best size,
style and standards through careful selection. Together

at home away from home. The properties vary depending
on location, size and quality: they can be in the city
center, close to shops and restaurants, or remotely on
a scenic hill, or near the sea.
Useful information
The cost of renting the house includes the exclusive use of the
property, water consumption, bed linen, table and bath
linen, kitchen utensils, care of swimming pool; does
not include the consumption of electricity and
telephone, which will be calculated and paied locally
on departure. In Capri gas is generally contained in

How to book the
house
To
book a home you must send a deposit to be paid to the
landlord immediately. Is required to pay the balance
within on month of arrival or upon entry into the
house, depending on the property.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. It's required a proper
identification for immediate registration. A house
inspection is needed to clarify the operations,
content and features of the house. Check-out is by
11.00 a.m.
Security deposit
Upon arrival to cover any damage or loss, guests are required to pay
a security deposit to guarantee which will be retained
until departure.
Number of guests
The
total number of guests must not exceed the number
indicated. Each additional unit requires approval.
